AN UNUSUAL OFFICER'S SPANISH MORION, PROBABLY LATE 16TH CENTURY

constructed in two halves each embossed with three ridges intersecting at the apex, pear stalk finial, broad pointed brim with turned over edges, fitted with nine brass rivet washers struck with complex designs, one washer missing. Good age patina overall.
