the black leather skull with pierced brass helmet plate with overlaid white metal cross, fluted spike finial with quatrefoil base with star topped rivets, Imperial and State multi-piece cockades, leather backed chin scales, green lined peak, red lined neck guard, green silk liner with leather band, the latter with gilt embossed Awes-Marke stamp, the inside of the skull with Awes-Marke paper label and another UNGESPALTENES LEDER. General wear to liner.
