74cm pipe backed blade faintly etched with the Royal arms, crowned fouled anchor and foliage, regulation gilt hilt with lion's head pommel, wire bound fishskin grip, contained in its leather scabbard with engraved gilt mounts, the locket signed Drury & Son, Sword Cutler, 32 Strand, London. Provenance: The Meldonfoot Collection, Phillips Scotland, 1st October 1991, Lot 158. The sword of Philip Charles Durham.
