79cm incurved triangular section blade engraved with trophies of arms and foliage, plain copper gilt hilt with replacement pierced pommel, the wire bound fishskin grip applied with copper plaque engraved with crossed fouled anchors, contained in its leather scabbard with copper gilt mounts, the locket signed Salter, Sword Cutler to H.R.H.
