82.5cm blade by Wilkinson, serial no. 35300 for 1897 etched with scrolling foliage, crowned Royal arms, crowned regimental badge and title, owner's crest and initials, regulation pierced steel hilt incorporating a crowned VR cypher, wire bound fishskin grip, contained in its steel scabbard.
