EXCHANGE, stamped EN and with proofs to the underside of the breech and LONDON to the side, border and foliate engraved barrel tangs, border engraved rounded actions, sliding trigger guard safeties, flared wooden butts with hallmarked silver grotesque mask butt caps, silver stand of arms escutcheons and sideplate ornaments, the former engraved with the crest of a bird with outstretched wings perched on a tree stump, the back of the wrists carved with a scallop form.
