the gilt rectangular plate centred with a maid and harp surrounded by the motto VIRTUTIS NAMURCENCIS PRAEMIUM on a blue enamelled ground, within an eight pointed beaded star surmounted by a crown and with XV111 on a banner below, all above a sphynx and shamrocks with the battle honour EGYPT, leather liner.
