82.5cm fullered blade etched with talismanic and celestial symbols and with maker's name on the back edge of J.J. Runkel, characteristic gilt hilt, diamond-shaped langet at the front cast with a crowned GR cypher, the rear plain, D-shaped knuckle guard, fluted backstrap and pommel, chequered wooden grip, in its gilt mounted re-leathered scabbard.
