67.5cm blade etched and gilt with trophies of arms and foliage against a blued ground, brass hilt with pommel cap engraved with foliage, knuckle guard decorated with a banner, the langets with anchors, fluted ebony grip, in its leather scabbard with brass mounts embossed with naval trophies, twin suspension hooks.
